Observation: Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition.
Observation: Cooler/freezer handles, equipment handles were sticky and had food debris.
Correction: Wash and sanitize the equipment and all handles. Ensure high touch surfaces are washed and sanitized frequently to prevent build up of grease.
Rationale: Dirty handles can cross-contaaminate food handler and cause a food borne illness through food handling.

Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-C36M2S.
All the following non-critical infractions have been corrected:
-Cilantro stored in food-grade container. Watermelon will be saran wrapped when cut.
-Underneath equipment in back kitchen area is clean and disinfected from built-up of debris.
-Prep cooler door handle in the kitchen is attached.
-COVID-19 Safety Plan updated to include occupancy limit. Directional arrows installed. Sanitizer and signs placed. Signage notifying patrons to not enter when sick posted. Occupancy signs posted of 25 people.

Chlorine disinfectant spray bottles measured at 200ppm.
