Comments

At the inspection dated July 18, 2019 there were 8 children and 3 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified.
During inspection manager measured the outdoor play area and determined that it is 1474 ft2. Licensing calculated that this space is large enough for a maximum 16 children.
During inspection Licensing noted that there is some morning glory vines growing along the outer edges of the back play area. Licensing reminds staff that the flowers of this plant can be toxic to children. Staff stated they monitor the vines and ensure there are no flowers growing accessible to children. The staff work at controlling the plants on an ongoing basis.
During inspection Licensing observed:
- children eating snack, having a story time and then transitioning into outdoor free play.
- staff interacting with children while they were engaged in activities as well as giving warnings before times of transition.

As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.
