Comments

Cooling units less than 4 C. Freezers below -18 C handwash station at front counter ok. Sanitizer bucket shared with Triple O's. OK. Comet crystals used for floor, washrooms and sinks at the end of the day. **Observed a slight build up of moisture on the back trough of one of the freezers in the back. Compressor line in same location looks partially frosted. Left to defrost and drip water into troughs may provide the wet environment for drain flies to breed, especially in the heat of the summer breeding season. One drain fly observed at mop sink, indicative of small infestation. Recommend keeping drip or condensation pans dry and/or implement controls to reduce likelihood of breeding (i.e. spray with floor cleaner often if not daily).
