Observation: No sanitizer solution provided on-site (100 - 200 ppm chlorine) for sanitizing surfaces, utensils and equipment. Only spray botttle of straight bleach provided.
Correction: Provide sanitizer solution in a labelled spray bottle or a labelled bucket of sanitizer solution (100 - 200 ppm chlorine). Provide bottle of bleach for sanitizing equipment and utensils in 3-compartment sink.
