Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed two rice scoops stored in a room temperature water with rice grains in it. In-use utensils now stored in ice water.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed two red sanitizer pails (storing in use blue towels) with 0 ppm QUATs. Operator replenished pails with 200 ppm QUATs at this time.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is excellent.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Routine pest control service in place.
General food storage practice is adequate.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
All freezers at adequate temperature.
All hot holding items measured at 60C or higher.
3 compartment sinks fully set up for manual dishwashing (sanitizer in third compartment measured at 200 ppm QUATs).
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
Kitchen ventilation in sanitary condition.
