- Follow-up inspection to routine inspection conducted on May 29, 2023 (#YTAN-CSAP44). - Sandwich prep cooler has been serviced and was measured at 3C. Food items stored in inserts at sandwich prep cooler were measured at 4C or colder. - Undercounter cooler was also serviced and measured at 1C. - Time-tracking log sheet from yesterday's 4-hr hold-and-discard procedures were available for review.OK. This was a temporary procedure until the sandwich prep cooler was repaired. - Please ensure to monitor the temperatures of all coolers and to service as needed. - No outstanding issues. Thank you.
