Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on December 20, 2019. (RPT#: JMAA-BK33E4). The following was noted:

-Hot-holding cabinet maintains an ambient temperature of at least 60C.
-BBQ Port maintained at internal temperature of 67C.
-BBQ Sausage at internal temperature of 80C.
-Heat lamp at the top of the unit has been replaced.
-Temperature logs maintained and up-to-date.

Please also note the following:
-A reminder that the hig-temperature dishwasher must be checked daily and documented. The final rinse cycle must be at 180F (82C) or greater at the manifold.
-It was discussed with the assistant manager that a plastic overhang over the existing hot-holder for wings may be an option to protect food from contamination. Assistant manager is to update the district or covering Environmental Health Officer of Fraser Health.
