Follow up inspection for servery kitchen : New Servery kitchen to be opened in the Czorny Center for new adult daycare program (Currently, there are 6 existing servery kitchens--see previous inspection report) -New servery is called "Mike and Nancy's Garden room" -See previous inspection report from November 17, 2017 for equipment details -New Upright domestic combination cooler/freezer has been installed -Cooler is at 3.3 deg C -Freezer is at -19 deg C -Thermometers present in both freezer and cooler -Temperature log sheets available, to be maintained daily **Health approval is granted for this servery kitchen "Mike and Nancy's Garden Room" to operate**
