Routine inspection.
* Recommended relocating the bulletin board (with push pins/thumb tacks) away from food preparation/serving areas.
It is okay to install the board behind the door where no food items or utensils are stored.
* Recommended defrosting the frozen raw ground beef in a deep baking pan, ensuring it is stored on the bottom shelf in the cooler away from
any vegetables and ready to eat food products.
* Ensure to write down the actual dishwasher final rinse temp readings as well as cooler temps on the log sheets

-Stainless steel upright cooler at 3 degrees C
-Deep freezer registered: -13 C
- High temp dishwasher reached 71 degrees C at plate surface during final rinse.
- Chlorine bleach sanitize in the spray bottle tested 200ppm
- Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sinks
- Cooler/freezer temp logs, cooking logs and sanitation logs are up to date
