*Follow-up to inspection conducted on January 23, 2019 (Report MLOO-B8PTRT)

- Dishwasher was repaired. Final rinse temperature reached 80.4C (Minimum 71C) at the plate level
- Obtain a probe thermometer with min/max setting and heat shield. Use the thermometer to test the dishwasher rinse temperature at least twice per day and maintain a dishwasher log. Keep log on site for review.
