Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-CCKT6P.
The following violations in report#JCHY-CCKT6P have been corrected:
-Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 100ppm chlorine.
-QUAT spray bottles and dispenser measured at 200ppm. All QUAT spray bottles labelled.
-Light in the mop area have been repaired.
-Food in the walk-in cooler observed to be covered. Chopped lemons and mint are not stored in the ice bucket near the soft drinks area. Chopped lemons and mints are stored in the walk-in cooler. Operator informed that they will put it under ice during rush hours for a temporarily basis until commercial cooler is ordered. District inspector advise that left over chopped lemons and mints that are not used up within 4 hours must be discarded.
-Walk-in cooler measured at 4C. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C.
-Ice build-up in the walk-in freezer have been cleared.
-Food in the dry storage area observed to be stored 6inches off the floor.
-Scoops in the dry goods bins and ice machine observed outside.
-QUAT spray sanitizer bottles observed near all food preparation areas and service area.
-Temporarily splash guard installed at the 3-compartment sink area.

-Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-Prep coolers measured at 4C or lower.
-Pest control company contracted monthly. Reports for January, February, and March available. January and February reports indicate rodent activity along the exterior of the building. No rodent activity in the interior of the building. Ensure that pest reports are retained for EHO review. Ensure that all pest reports notes service of visit and observations.

-Install permanent splash guard at the 3-compartment sink area. Corrected by: April 18, 2022.
