Routine inspection conducted at the food store and the following observations were made: - Only prepackaged frozen food products are being sold. - No food sampling is conducted onsite. - Walk-in freezer was recorded at -19C. - Display stand-up freezer at -18C. - Display chest freezers and overhead freezer compartments recorded between below -20C. - Temperature logs were maintained and found satisfactory. - Food was stored 6 inches off the floor - All frozen food products were properly organized in the refrigeration units. - Two compartment sink was available on site. - Hand washing station was available and had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. - No evidence of pest noted during inspection.
