-Follow-up inspection to February 21, 2019.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C. Operator has purchased a probe thermometer to verify proper reheating and hot holding temperatures.
-Did not observe towels drying on the deli slicer at the time of inspection.
-Blender is now disinfected after each use. Juice is disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing at the end of each night.
-Did not observe hand hygiene issues at the time of inspection. Ensure staff adhere to good hand hygiene practices at all times.
-Operator present and had valid FoodSafe Level 1 (March 6, 2023).
-Foods were properly stored off the floor and protected from potential contamination.
-Damaged dry wall has been repaired.
-Vent hood area has been cleaned. Ensure screens are cleaned on a regular basis to prevent accumulation of debris.
