- stand up freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree Celsius
- Chest freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree Celsius

Upstairs
- Handwash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towels
- Stainless steel fridge ambient air temperature 6.6 degree Celsius. Temperature checked right during / after lunch rush. Monitor and ensure the unit maintains food temperature below 4 degree Celsius
- Stainless steel freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree Celsius
- Small glass door cooler ambient air temperature at 8 degree Celsius. Only prepackaged use boxes stored in the cooler. if storing any potentially hazardous foods the cooler must maintain food temperature at or below 4 degree Celsius.
- Dishwasher final rinse has 50 ppm Cl
- No hot holding at the time of inspection. Premise has not started to offer soup for sale.
- Foodsafe trained staff available. Foodsafe expiration date discussed
- no pest issues noticed during the inspection
