Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer solution was prepared during the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer spray bottle was prepared during the inspection - filled from the sanitizer basin of the 3-compartment sink. Make sure you have a dedicated sanitizer spray bottle that is properly name labeled and always have available to use on equipment and cutting board when required.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including staff washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4C or below.
All freezer units were at -18C or below.
Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sinks.
Noriquat available for use as sanitizer. Sanitizer was set-up at the 3rd compartment of the 3-compartment sink. 150 PPM QUAT detected - good.
Facility has started cooking chicken for immediate consumption. Cook when pre-ordered. None was cooking or available in the hot hold unit at the time of inspection.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
General cleanliness and organization acceptable.
