Observation: Lo-temp dishwasher was not measuring at least 50ppm at plate surface level of chlorine sanitizer.
- Chlorine sanitzer entering dishwasher was tested with a test strip and indicated bleach was dispensing into system. But after 4 cycles, test strip still indicated 0ppm inside dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s): - Repair dishwasher so it is sanitizing dishes with at least 50ppm chlorine.
- Operator called technician to come in today.
- In the mean time, use 2-compartment sink for manual dishwashing or use dishwasher to wash and rinse dishes, then manually sanitize dishes in 100-200ppm chlorine.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink in kitchen area was blocked with a large bucket.
- Hand washing stations must be accessible for workers to wash their hands at all times.

- Ensure hand sink is accessible and available at all times.

No signs of pest activity.
