Follow-up inspection conducted: -Areas mentioned during the routine inspection cleaned. All droppings and food debris removed. All storage shelves/food contact surfaces cleaned. -Hole under dishwashing sink filled. Ensure to continue to monitor for droppings every morning and remove if observed. Treat the affected areas with 1000ppm chlorine solution. NOTE: Facility will be adding more storage shelves in kitchen for better organization. Good. NOTE: Facility will have the dishwashing sink joint resealed and remove the garbage bag placed as a temporary measure. OK. Correction Order issued on March 4, 2020 now rescinded.
