Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No liquid hand soap observed at hand washing station directly on left side of kitchen upon entry.
Corrective Action(s): Place liquid hand soap in a dispenser at the hand washing station immediately. Ensure all hand washing stations are supplied with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water at all times to promote proper, frequent hand washing by staff.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Packaged frozen meat observed stored at room temperature on the food preparation counter. Staff placed the packages of frozen meat into the cooler to be thawed.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store frozen potentially hazardous foods at room temperature for thawing. Ensure all foods are thawed using one of the following approved methods:
- in the cooler overnight (under refrigeration) at or beow 4'C
- in the original packaging under cold running water
- in the original packaging submerged in cold water (changing the water every 20 minutes)

Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- 2-door stainless steel cooler at 2'C
- 1-door stainless steel cooler at 1'C
- Stainless steel freezer at -19'C
- Chest freezers located outside (X3) at or below -19'C
- Temperature logs are maintained - good!
- No hot-holding on site
- General sanitation is good during inspection
- Hand washing station next to cooler is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle (X1) measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 76'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- All food observed covered and at least 6 inches off the floor
- No signs of pests during inspection
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
