Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is excellent. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. All coolers measured at 4C or less. Freezers at adequate temperature. Food contact surfaces sanitizer measured at 100-200 ppm chlorine as per test strips. General food storage practice is adequate. 3 compartment sinks with drain plugs available for manual dishwashing. Temperature log is available; however, is not up-to-dated. Please continue to monitor temperature daily. Note: Received a health approval application for name change at this time.
