Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottles and dispenser measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available.
Walk-in coolers, display coolers, stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer, stand-up freezers measured at -18C or lower.
Baby formula within expiration date.

NOTE: Purchase drain plugs for 3-compartment sink area to ensure washing of produce and proper manual warewashing can be conducted. Corrected by: April 24, 2023. Educated and presented manual warewashing poster to manager.
