Comments

=Handwash stations stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water
=Upright cooler (3C) and upright freezer (-18C) measured within regulated parameters
=High temperature dishwasher to be checked at next routine (minimum 78.6 C required at rinse cycle on dish surface for proper sanitizing)
=Sanitizer solution approximately 200 ppm QUATS available in spray bottles
=General sanitation was satisfactory at the time of inspection, besides violation noted above
=General food storage practices satisfactory at the time of inspection. Foods properly stored off the floor and covered.
=No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
=Permit posted in a conspicuous location.
With the expansion of the facility in the coming months, food and equipment storage will be constrained. highly recommend adding shelving to milk fridge room.
