-3-door upright 2 deg C (raw chicken) -good organization with raw meats/seafoods on lowest shelves below other foods

-1-door upright 4 deg C (milk)
-1-door undercounter 2 deg C (syrup)
-Danby mini-fridge 3 deg C (tofu)

Hot held foods must maintain foods at or above 60 deg C:
-beef broth 77 deg C
-steamed rice (3 steamers checked): 72, 67, 68 deg C

High temperature washer hot water sanitizer must be >82 deg C as per thermostat:
-checked and verified at plate level (76.9 deg C as per probe thermometer)
NOTE: your digital thermostat readout is at times not legible -should be repaired/replaced before it gets worse
