Observation: * Some food and non food stuff being stored together (eg. cell phone in prep area, etc) and not sanitary condition. Food and food equipment must be maintained in sanitary manner and organized to reduce risk of cross contamination. Non food stuff to be stored in separate (eg. staff storage area); Also, some raw meat was being stored above some cooked meats and vegetables and this can lead to cross contamination; operator addressed this issue
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all food and food equipment stored properly and in sanitary manner to reduce risk of cross contamination; Staff personal belongings to be stored away from food/food storage areas to reduce risk of cross contamination; Ensure all raw meats stored properly below cooked meats and vegetables, etc
