Corrective Action(s): Purchase sink plugs for 2-compartment sink so that proper washing and sanitizing of kitchen equipment can be conducted.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two handwashing sinks at the preparation area and beside the 2-compartment sink lack paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handwashing sinks are well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.

Comments

Routine Inspection conducted today.
Prepackaging of frozen dumplings and making of frozen springs rolls conducted on-site only. No cooking of food products on-site.
At the time of inspection, facility is not in operation. Operation is conducted as per demand when customer order.
Spring roll wrappers obtained from approved source.
Noted that large mixing machine and vegetable cutter machine on-site. Operator informed that it is not being used and are being sold.

Bleach (i.e.: Chlorine-based) available on-site. 2-compartment domestic sink available for manual dishwashing. 2-compartment sink are large enough to fit largest equipment on-site. For future inspector, if it is noted that equipment cannot fit in the 2-compartment domestic sink, a new 2-compartment sink will need to be installed.
Domestic cooler measured at 2C. Chest freezers measured at -18C or lower. Two under counter coolers at the preparation area not in use.
No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility is well organized.
