Follow up inspection conducted post Closure Order. Following corrections have been made: - Deep cleaning of the facility has been done. Additional spots for cleaning and organizing were identified; they were cleaned at the time of inspection. Ensure items are stored on shelving units 6 inches above the floor to allow easier cleaning and monitoring. - Pest control operator was present at the time to show which areas were identified as potential rodent entry points. They were all blocked with steel wool accordingly. - Additional traps and glue boards were placed throughout the facility. - Door sweep was installed for the front main entrance door at the time of inspection. More actions required: - Close the gap in between the wall base and the wall behind the large prep cooler inside the kitchen. - Ensure the center gap in between the entrance doors is properly covered (using a door sweep, rubber etc.) - Increase the pest control service to weekly for continued monitoring and identify any missed entry/harborage points. - Ensure rodent / pest traps are monitored daily to identify high activity area. - Ensure bleach sanitizer is used to wipe down any area with rodent dropping. - Fill in any broken / missing tiles in the kitchen floor. They should be made of non-slip material and easy to clean. Closure Order rescinded. Store may re-open to operate.
