Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-B9YVL6.
Main washing area pan washer noted on previous routine inspection report achieved a temperature of 73 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse.
Central area cooler is being used for storage of non-potentially hazardous foods only at time of inspection. Potentially hazardous (perishable) items are stored in north side walk in cooler.
Note: It was stated that there are plans to expand north side cooler and remove central cooler to install an oven in its place. Ensure that details and/or updated drawings are submitted to the district Environmental Health Officer of Fraser Health prior to making changes. It was stated that no other changes are to take place (e.g. hand sinks and other equipment/fixtures to remain in place as previously approved by Fraser Health).
