Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed stainless steel work table obstruct handwashing sink in the meat processing area.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the stainless steel worktable from obstructing the handwashink sink. All handwashing sink should be unobstructed to faciliate proper hand hygiene.

Routine Inspection conducted today.
At the time of inspection, no meat production is in progress.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine spray bottles at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for warewashing.
Meat grinder, Meat bandsaw, and Vac Master in sanitary condition.
Mop sink in sanitary condition.
Stand-up freezer measured at -18C.
