Routine Inspection conducted today. At the time of inspection, no meat production is in progress. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Chlorine spray bottles at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for warewashing. Meat grinder, Meat bandsaw, and Vac Master in sanitary condition. Mop sink in sanitary condition. Stand-up freezer measured at -18C. NOTE: Notify district inspector of any proposed changes in the floorplan, service change, menu change for health review and approval. Do not conduct changes of floorplan, service changes, or menu changes without health approval. De-clutter area in the 3-compartment sink and work table area. All items not related to the normal operations of premises must be removed from the premises. Corrected by: July 8, 2022.
