Introduction
An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All areas of the facility were inspected for compliance.

Comments
Summary of Inspection
At the inspection dated April 4, 2019 there was 1 child and 1 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. No further action required by the Licensee. No further action required by the Licensing Officer. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.
