Reinspection based on previous inspection report.
- Temperature Control: Monitoring of all temperatures is required to be conducted and logged. No cooked food items are to be stored at room temperatures.
- Wiping cloth storage: Ok. Follow these points:
- Use 100ppm bleach - 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of 5% unscented bleach in 4.5 litres (1 gallon) of water
- Change sanitizing solutions in sinks and buckets every couple of hours
- Change sanitizing solutions in bottles daily
- Use test strips to measure the concentration of sanitizer.
- Sanitation: Improved. Ensure a routine cleaning of all "hard to reach" areas is being conducted. (ie: behind/under equipment, storage shelves, etc)
- Handwash stations are required to be equipped with liquid soap/single use towels in dispensers at all handsinks, including bar servery. Recommend reinstalling towel dispenser.
Facility is required to be kept clean and organized!
