Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher was tested during inspection and there was no chlorine rinse (0ppm chlorine detected). Premises not open during inspection (food prep only) and dishwasher had not been checked yet.
Corrective Action(s): Bottle was replaced and 50ppm chlorine was detected after the final rinse. Always check and record the final rinse chlorine concentration using your test strips and check levels in the sanitizer bottle. Check before use of dishwasher each day.
