Routine Inspection
- hand wash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towel
- All cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree C
- All freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree C
- Dishwasher final rinse temperature above 72 degree C at the dish surface
- 100 ppm Cl available in a spray bottle. Concentration was too strong. Mix 2 ml of bleach per litre of water.
