Observation: Newspaper observed underneath the deep fryers. It appears to have been chewed on by rodents.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store newspaper underneath the deep fryers or on shelving. Remove today and discontinue this practice.

Observation: A small number of mouse droppings was found under the deep fryers and in the corner next to the cook line. A professional pest control company is here regularly, report reviewed during the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all droppings with a bleach solution, continue to follow the recommendations of a professional pest control company and ensure that entry points are sealed.

Corrected item from the last report: The floor under the sushi bar has been patched.

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
The dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine. Test strips available, ensure that it is checked daily.
The owner is FoodSafe level 1 certified.
Invoices on site for the fish that is served.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
