* Recommended that all metal live rodent traps are pushed against the walls in all areas.
Indian meal moth activity noticed in the dry storage area. Recommended adding some traps along East and West Walls for monitoring inside production area

Facility is audited by NSF-GFTC for compliance with BRC global food safety standards.
Pest control services provided by Orkin PCO services on a weekly basis.
Sanitation and pest control reviewed at the time of inspection.
Metal detectors in place on both roll lines and bread lines. Facility is considering adding additional metal detector lines just prior to shipping.
All employees must wash their hands prior to entering the production areas.
All staff wear smocks, hair nets and are not permitted to wear jewelry.
Quats sanitizer in Ecolab Duo San tested 150 ppm. Sanitizer solution is checked daily at the dispenser.
Environmental swabbing and sampling is conducted weekly for ACC, Enterobacteriaceae, Salmonella, Listeria. Testing is done in an accredited third party lab.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Sugar, oil and yeast tanks are cleaned in place using the established protocol.
The facility is well operated and maintained.
