Observation: Observed a pink biofilm build-up with in the water reservoir of the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): Clean this area out and sanitize, removing all biofilm. Add this to regular cleaning list to ensure this is cleaned often enough that biofilms do not grow and accumulate.

Observation: No staff on site with FoodSafe certification. This continues to be a repeat violation.
Corrective Action(s): Have at least two more staff trained by August 31, 2023 and submit proof of successful completion of course to undersigned EHO by September 4, 2023 or a $230 fine will be issued for each day that this continues after this date.
