Location of handsink next to storage shelves could lead to contamination of food bags or trays stored on shelves. Either move shelving out of this area or install a barrier on left side of handsink such that it extends to the front edge of the sink and the high side of the Stainless steel backsplash. **Check at next scheduled inspection. Cooling units less than 4 C hot holding above 60 C. freezers around - 16 to -18 C. OK. handwash station stocked. Sanitizer in dishsink for dishwashing measured at 200 ppm, possibly a little less. Due for replacement at end of lunch to prep for dinner dishes. OK. General sanitation good at time of inspection.
