308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: The walls and floor in the back filling area and the upstairs storage area are unsealed/unpainted drywall and wood. Unsealed/unpainted drywall and wood will absorb water and be come damaged, and is NOT cleanable. Corrective Action(s): Paint all unsealed drywall and wood with a light colored paint in the filling area and upstairs storage area, so all surfaces are sealed, impervious to water and cleanable. **Correction date: June 30/18** Violation Score: 3

Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Quarterly, microbiological testing done of the water. Reviewed 2017 results, all in order. - Filter and O3 room is clean and organized. O3 monitoring system present in room to ensure off-gassing levels do not reach dangerous levels to staff. - General sanitation level has improved. The floors are clean and there is minimal debris and dust along walls, around the filling machines, and under shelves and pallets. Continue the cleaning frequency and good work. - Liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water at hand sinks in washrooms. - No signs of pests. - Hydrogen peroxide based sanitizer in use, in conjunction with high temperature bottle washing to sanitize bottles.
