A routine inspection was completed:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -21C or colder; hot holding units above 60C; thermometers present; and temps recorded 2x a day. Temps recorded electronically into computer system.
- 3-comp sink present for dishwashing in back area. Quats sanitizer was 200ppm.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottle was 200ppm.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; food stored in groups with non-foods stored separatedly from food; and all foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves, racks, or platforms.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
- All surfaces are in good working order, durable, smooth, sealed, and cleanable.
- Valid FoodSafe certified staff present.
- Valid health permit and decal present.
- All in order. |
