2. Steam unit leaking steam out of back pipe behind unit causing small puddle of water under unit.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure all dispensers are functioning properly - repair/ replace dispenser or batteries. In the meantime ensure paper towel roll is available at handsink.
