-Cook area counter top cooler, under counter cooler, and condiment cooler were at 4C.
-Front service area prep cooler and under counter cooler were both at 4C.
-Dairy/soft serve cooler was at 2C.
-Cake freezers (3 units) were less than -18C.
-Driver thru upright freezer was at -7C (defrost mode)
-Downstairs chest freezers ranged from -16C to -22C.
-Customer area freezers were both less than -18C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer dispenser was at 200ppm.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer pails are changed every 2 hours and were labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Ice machine was found to be clean and sanitary. Ice machine changed monthly and scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
-Tongs and utensils stored on ice.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection. Minor cleaning required along the shelves in the walk-in cooler.
-Facility serviced by professional pest control operator on a weekly basis. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until January 25, 2024.
