Observation: No cold running water is available for hand washing sink.
Correction: Staff were observed to be using preparation sink located immediately adjacent to hand washing sink as an interim measure for hand washing until hand washing sink is repaired. Liquid soap and paper towels are available nearby. Discussed use of preparation sink for food. It was stated that food items (whole fruits/vegetables) are rinsed in a colander within this sink. No items are stored within sink. Ensure that food preparation occurs at the beginning of the day prior to opening only. Ensure sink is unobstructed at all times. Ensure sink is properly washed and sanitized prior to use for food items. Hand washing sink must be supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels to facilitate proper hand washing. Date to be corrected by: Today.

- Open beverage (Grab 'n Go) cooler at 3 degrees C
- Smoothie machine mix at 4 degrees C
- Hot holding internal food temperatures at 60 degrees C or more
- Cold holding units equipped with thermometers. Probe thermometer available on site for internal temperature checks
- Food is covered and stored off the ground
- Hand washing sink is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available at 200 ppm from 3-compartment sink dispenser and in labeled buckets.
- Hot and cold water and three sink plugs available at manual ware washing sinks.
