Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Can of chili sauce was found to be dented. Dented canned foods are unfit for human consumption due to the potential growth of bacteria and/or production of toxins if the seal is compromised.
Corrective Action(s): Operator will discard the dented can of chili sauce. Check regularly for dented cans and refuse delivery if found at time of receiving.

- All coolers at 4C or below.
- All freezers at -18C or below.
- Hot-held food items (gravy, au jus, etc) at 60C or above.
- High temperature dishwasher registered at 74C at plate level during final rinse.
- Glass washer at bar measured at 12.5ppm iodine at plate level.
- 200ppm QUATs sanitizers measured in sanitizer buckets with wiping cloths soaked in them. Ensure to change every 2 hours.
- Ice machine is maintained in sanitary condition.
- Meat slicer kept in clean condition.
- No signs of pest observed. Pest control services in place.
- Premises is well lit.
