-Follow-up inspection to September 28, 2021.
-Vegetable slicers are disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use. Slicers were found to be clean and sanitary at the time of inspection.
-No foods were being hot held at the time of inspection.
-Raw eggs were properly stored below ready-to-eat foods at the time of inspection.
-Scoops were observed to be stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection. Hooks have been added to hang scoops.
-Prep cooler door seals have been cleaned and were found to be in sanitary condition. Ensure door seals are cleaned regularly and maintained in a sanitary condition.
-Chemicals were properly labelled to identify the contents. Ensure containers are relabelled as needed.
-Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
