Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - CWNR2C: Operator now receives samosas frozen from supplier. Stored in 2 door freezer at or below -18 degrees C. Samosas are then reheated in an air fryer. Samosas are hot held at or above 60 degree C in the display case. Probe thermometer available for verifying reheating temperatures. Reminder to reheat to over 74 degrees C for 15 seconds. Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Back area provided with a 2 compartment sink for manual warewashing. Ensure all tongs and trays are washed, rinsed, sanitized in 100ppm bleach for 2 minutes then air dryed.
