Hand sink is stocked and working. Bleach sanitizer is in use - 200 ppm. Operator does not handle cash while making sandwiches - customers place money on the counter. Fridges are all under 4 Celsius. Slicers are used for meat only and cheese only. Good separation. Food prep surfaces are sanitized regularly.
