Routine Inspection Storage area is clean, well lit and food is stored above the ground. Ice machine is clean and scoop stored outside. Upright fridge is at 3C Upright freezer is at -25C Display fridge is at 1.5C All fridges are provided with thermometer. Hand washing sink is provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Floor is clean and free of food debris. Dish washer is well maintained and reaches 71C on the dish surfaces Sanitizer bottles are provided. Chlorine solution 200 ppm Health Permit posted at the front.
