-Cleaning has been completed in areas identified in previous inspection report. An improvement in overall organization and sanitation is noted.
-Meat slicer appears clean. Reviewed cleaning and sanitizing requirements with staff on duty. Staff reported slicer is being cleaned and sanitized right after use.
-Cardboard and newspaper which was lining surfaces has been removed.
-Mouse droppings have been cleaned up. No additional droppings noted. Continue to keep floor area clear to facilitate cleaning and monitoring for pest activity.

***Reminder: Drain board is not for food preparation. This is for warewashing purposes. Use prep table for food preparation (cutting produce etc). Single compartment sink adjacent to meat slicer is a food preparation sink. Use this sink for rinsing produce.
