Observation: According to staff, dishwasher has not been used for about a week as it is not capable of reaching adequate temperature. Single use dishes and re-usable used for serving; manual dishwashing performed and bleach useed as sanitizer for re-usable dishes and cooking utensils.
Corrective Action(s): Manual dishwashing sign given to staff at time of inspection. Part has been ordered for dishwasher. Contact EHO once dishwasher has been fixed. Discussed proper manual dishwashing procedures with staff and owner.
