Comments

General sanitation is satisfactory.
Temperature of food inside one of the reach-in fridge was 48F. Time of the inspection was shortly after lunch. Monitor and adjust if temperature does not come down. Operator reported temperature was found to be 40F during the morning check.
Provide storage space for personal items to protect food/food packaging material from contamination.
