Routine inspection conducted: -Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. -Coolers operating at required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating at required temperature of -18'C. NOTE: One of the ice cream display freezer at front not on at this time. NOTE: Dipper well not in use at this time as no ice cream offered for sale at this time. -200ppm quats available in a labelled spray bottle. -Thermometers available for temperature monitoring. -General food storage practice satisfactory. -Dishwashing sink properly equipped for manual dishwashing. Bleach available. General sanitation of the facility satisfactory. No evidence of pest activity observed at this time. NOTE: Three compartment sink purchased but to be resold.
