Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the above mentioned areas with approved food sanitizer such as 200ppm chlorine solution.

Routine inspection:
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- Up-right fridge cooler section at 4C and freezer section at -18C.
- Domestic dishwasher available on site. Bleach added to the final rinse cycle.
- Bleach used to sanitize surfaces.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed.

Note: Mix 1 teaspoon of household bleach with 1 liter of water to create 200ppm chlorine sanitizer.
